Nora started when a counsellor asked why practice software felt like it was designed for anyone but her. We've worked on nothing else since.

Our story
A private-practice counsellor was spending her Sunday evenings returning missed calls, re-sending appointment reminders and rearranging her calendar by hand. Nothing about that work was clinical, and none of it was optional.
We rebuilt her website, gave her custom booking and a dashboard, then put an AI receptionist on the phone. She got back roughly six hours a week. Her colleagues asked who did it, and that became Nora.
Today we're a small team of designers, developers and one very organised project lead, working remotely across Canada with practices from solo counsellors to twelve-clinician group clinics.
What we believe
Every design decision is judged by one question: does this make it easier for a nervous client to reach you?
Canadian data handling, encryption, least-privilege access and clear consent language on every form we ship.
No dark patterns, no bloat, no dashboards nobody asked for. Quiet software that behaves the same way every day.
You email a human who knows your practice. No ticket queues, no offshore scripts, no chatbot loops.
Our promises
Working with an agency shouldn't feel risky. These four commitments are in every agreement we sign.
Ready when you are
